TURKEY WING SOUP

This is a favorite of mine and very easy. I use a SLOW COOKER/CROCKPOT but the top of the stove can be used also

TURKEY WING -I USE 1 AND CUT IT APART -FITS BETTER
CELERY-CHOPPED OR CELERY SALT
SALT PEPPER-TO TASTE
ONION-CHOPPED-DRIED
GARLIC
WATER OR BROTH -ABOUT 2/3 FULL IN POT
I COOKED IT ON LOW OVERNIGHT
NEXT MORNING REMOVE THE WING AND REMOVE THE MEAT FROM BONES-BACK N THE POT IT GOES
HERE IS THE FUN PART MIX AND MATCH

POTATOS/PASTA/RICE-AVOUT A CUP OF EACH AND POTAOTOS-2-E
VEGGIES FRESH OR FROZEN -2 CUPS DEPENDING ON HOW WELL YOU LIKE VWEGGIES
TOMATOS A CAN SHOULD DO IT IF SMALL 2
PUT IT ON LOW SETTING AND DINNER WILL BE READY
HREAT WITH CRUSTY BREAD FOR SOPPING
TTHE WAY THIS RECIPE IS WRITTEN MAY LOOK STRANGE BUT I USUALLY USE WHAT I HAVE IN CUPBOARDS AND FRIDGE SO ITS JUST A BASIC RECIPE TO MAKE YOUR OWN
